These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frix Labs website, application, and AI receptionist services (the "Service") provided by Frix Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and related features (e.g., voice assistant, call logs, transcripts, integrations with your website and calendar). We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing and interval (e.g., monthly or annually) selected at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and our billing policies. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide (e.g., business information, website content, call recordings and transcripts related to your account). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this content and data as necessary to provide, improve, and secure the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, and other materials (excluding your content), is owned by Frix Labs or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service or branding without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE AI RECEPTIONIST MAY MAKE MISTAKES; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING CALL LOGS, TRANSCRIPTS, AND APPOINTMENTS AND FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE IN YOUR BUSINESS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRIX LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frix Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content or data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Frix Labs regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our prior written consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frix Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
