Frix Labs provides an AI that answers your business calls 24/7, qualifies leads, and books appointments. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. “We,” “us,” “our,” and “Frix Labs” refer to Frix Labs; “you” and “your” refer to you, the user. Use of our AI receptionist service is subject to a separate service agreement between you and Frix Labs.

Ownership and Restrictions

Frix Labs owns and operates this website and our AI receptionist technology, including logos, content, images, and all related materials, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Sell, rent, trade, sublicense, or commercially misuse the website or our services;

No Warranty

Limited Liability

Our total liability is limited as set forth in your service agreement or to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement you have with Frix Labs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frix Labs regarding the website and services, and replace any prior agreements.

Service and Technology

The AI receptionist technology, voice models, call flows, and related systems developed and operated by Frix Labs remain our exclusive property. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our technology, software, or processes by using our service.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for our AI receptionist service are set out in your service agreement or plan. In general:

  • Free trial periods may be cancelled before conversion to a paid plan;
  • Refunds or credits may not apply after you have gone live or used the service beyond a trial;
  • Promotional or discounted pricing may be non-refundable;
  • Breach of these Terms or misuse of the service may void any refund eligibility.

Service Delivery

Frix Labs delivers its AI receptionist service electronically. Once your phone number is connected and the service is activated (“go live”), the service is considered delivered. We will work with you to configure call flows, business hours, and integration with your calendar or CRM as per your plan. You are responsible for keeping your contact and integration details up to date so we can provide the service effectively.
